Kids classes will include a skill, game, WOD and other fun lessons for your little one. Classes are 30 minutes for Littles & Kids, and 60 minutes for Pre-teens. Pre-Teen class will mirror the adult class with appropriate scaling options for the skill level.

Littles Sundays @10:30am or Wednesday @3:30pm
Kids & Pre-Teens Wednesdays/Thursday (or Both) @6:15pm
